All professional spa equipment purchased from Milan Laser Hair comes with a 3-Year Warranty and a 30-Day Change of Mind Return Option. Below, we outline how the process works to ensure a seamless experience.

30-Day Change of Mind Return Policy

If you decide within 30 calendar days from the order date that you no longer want your machine, you’re entitled to return it for an exchange or refund.

Return Options:

  1. Exchange: Swap your machine for one of equal value to your original order.
  2. Refund: Receive your money back, minus shipping and handling costs.

Eligibility for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

To qualify for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The machine must be unopened, unpacked, and in its original packaging—it must be completely new, unused, and untouched.
  • Machines for which Milan Laser Hair training has been completed are strictly non-returnable.
  • Machines that have undergone logo customization are strictly non-returnable.
  • Consumables, such as gels, liquids, and cartridges, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • The machine must be undamaged (refer to the Warranty for cases involving damage).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Return shipping arrangements and costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping, handling, and inspection costs are non-refundable. A 20% deduction will be applied to your refund to cover these expenses.
  • Returns must be approved by customer support. Do not send returns to the address on your package without prior approval.

Order Cancellations

At Milan Laser Hair, we prioritize fast turnaround times to ensure you receive your order promptly. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled if more than one hour has passed since the order was placed.

  • You will receive a full refund minus transaction fees (2.9%–7.9%), which are non-refundable.
