Delivery Address Requirements

We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box is provided, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued minus transaction fees (2.9%-7.9%). To avoid delays, please provide a physical address, such as your home or office.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

At Milan Laser, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly. Below, you’ll find detailed information about processing times, shipping estimates, and our policies regarding delivery issues.


Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed:

  • Standard Processing Time: 1-5 business days.
  • Exceptions: Processing times may be extended during inventory replenishment or high-demand periods.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Transit Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product(s) ordered. Below are approximate transit times for in-stock items:

  • USA: 1-7 business days.

  • Other Countries (3-15 business days):

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays by third-party couriers may occur.

  • Reasonable Delays: Defined as up to 45 calendar days from the order date.
  • Refunds: Not provided for reasonable delays.

Lost or Missing Packages

Responsibility: Once shipped, the courier is responsible for the package. Rejuva Fresh cannot provide automatic refunds for lost or stolen packages.

What We Do:

  • File claims with the courier to recover lost items.
  • Guarantee replacement or resolution to ensure you receive your order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report Damage: Email support@milanlaserhair.com within 7 calendar days. Include:
    • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
    • A video showing the damage.
  • Free Replacement: Eligible upon approval.

Re-routed, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

Re-routed Orders: Packages re-routed to a new address are not eligible for refunds.

Refused Deliveries:

  • Do not refuse delivery unless we direct you to do so.
  • Unauthorized Refusal: May result in package destruction. Refunds will be issued only after the package is returned, minus 40% to cover shipping fees.

Customs Refusals:

  • If customs refuse your package, you are eligible for:
    • A free replacement, or
    • A refund minus 20% for shipping fees.

Signature on Delivery

Many shipments require a signature to ensure safe delivery. Please ensure you or a responsible party is available to sign.
